She Cries-charity song for healing from abuse

She Cries speaks of healing from childhood abuse. While this song speaks for women - of course it applies to men too that still carry the wounds and mental scars of abuse.

When I write such deep songs that speak on humanity's pain, quite often the first thing I think is "Oh I could not possibly release this song. It will make people sad. " Then I realize I was given the words and melody to speak out for those who cannot. To write emotions that some do not even allow themselves to feel. MUSIC IS SO POWERFUL. When we allow ourselves to open up, to learn, grow, hurt, heal, forgive, empathize with our brothers and sisters that is where the healing begins. And when we heal, we just healed a tiny piece of our world. One heart at a time. That is what my CD ONE TO ONE is all about.

She cries reminds us that tears can create a stream to open the heart for healing...
