Forget Me Not is a song of remembrance that honors fallen soldiers, all loved ones passes and even our own spirit.
I made this video in hopes that it will serve to bring comfort to those grieving. My family performed this song at the American Veteran's Traveling Wall in July '09> It was such an honor to participate and debut this song that day. And what an educational experience for my daughter to see how many lives were lost in war.
WE ARE ONE is the first song on the ONE TO ONE cd. this song is very special to me, for it includes 19 global languages, all recorded in my dcounty! And includes my daughter, Callie and her friend singing and signing. THE MESSAGE is mostly that when we act from LOVE, we are one and make help heal the world. I hope this simple song will inspire hearts, when times are tough and fell seperated from humanity. love, Laurie
One Light is a song for humanity. I actually dug this out of my past to share. While the audio is a bit warbly, coming from a VHS tape, the message NEVER wears out. "One Light, the light of ... love." I released this video in 1992, following a dream that I have about Audrey Hepburn. She was telling me that WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. The dream and the writing of the song happened the night she passed away. (I learned of her death the next day) The song, the dream, both awakened a deeper calling in me as to my purpose for my music. The message is of global unity. This song raised money for 3 charities. A special song. A VERY special experience.
